Аннотация

В данной части обзора литературы представлены результаты исследований в области гормональной контрацепции, выполненных в условиях реальной клинической практики. Показано, что комбинированный оральный контрацептив (КОК), содержащий эстрадиола валерат и диеногест в четырехфазном режиме, в исследовании продемонстрировал более низкий риск тромбоэмболических событий по сравнению с другими КОК, включая содержащий левоноргестрел, показал большую контрацептивную эффективность и имеет высокую степень удовлетворенности пользователей, включая когорту младше 25 лет. Продемонстрировано также, что использование современных КОК снижает риск смертности от любой причины, включая рак молочной железы и болезни органов кровообращения.
