Аннотация
В мире накоплен большой опыт применения непрерывного мониторинга гликемии с помощью системы Flash-мониторинга FreeStyle Libre в отношении больных сахарным диабетом. В статье представлен анализ публикаций последних лет по данному вопросу. На основании проанализированных данных можно утверждать, что использование системы Flash-мониторинга FreeStyle Libre у пациентов с СД1 и СД2 на инсулинотерапии может приводить к снижению уровня гликированного гемоглобина и вариабельности гликемии, существенному снижению числа и длительности гипогликемических эпизодов, риска развития кетоацидоза, а также к улучшению показателей качества жизни.
