Применение современных Q-Switehed-лазеров для коррекции сложных косметических дефектов кожи лица

Аннотация

В статье представлен всесторонний обзор литературы о возможностях лазерной терапии при лечении посттравматических рубцов и травматических татуировок. Раскрыты основные физические эффекты и механизмы, лежащие в основе терапевтического действия лазерного излучения. Обсуждены показания к применению, время начала терапии, методики и побочные эффекты абляционных и неабляционных лазерных систем, импульсных лазеров на красителях. Сделан акцент на современных Q-Switahed-лазерах как на эффективном инструменте лечения сложных косметических дефектов лица. Представлено два клинических случая успешной терапии пациентов с послеоперационными рубцами и травматической татуировкой. Для коррекции рубцовой ткани использован аблятивный фракционный режим Q-Switсhed-лазера. Лечение травматической татуировки проводилось по комбинированной методике с формированием на первом этапе микроотверстий для сброса давления газа и выведения продуктов распада микрочастиц пигмента, на втором осуществлялась фотоакустическая процедура удаления татуировки Q-Switehed Nd: YAG-лазером с применением гибридного наносекундного импульса большой мощности
