Аннотация

Хронический зуд - один из наиболее тяжелых субъективных симптомов, чаще всего наблюдающийся при тех или иных заболеваниях кожи. В то же время известно, что ощущение зуда может возникать или усугубляться на фоне стрессогенных воздействий либо в рамках ряда психосоматических и психических расстройств. В настоящей статье представлен обзор факторов, провоцирующих зуд, и рассмотрены новые направления разработки наружных и системных противозудных препаратов.
