Аннотация
Мочекаменная болезнь (МКБ) является значимой патологией в клинической практике. К одной из важнейших причин камнеобразования относятся лекарственные средства (ЛС). Препараты приводят к лекарственно-индуцированной (ЛИ) МКБ путем кристаллизации в моче и влияния на различные метаболические процессы. Среди препаратов, способных к кристаллизации, необходимо отметить антибактериальные ЛС. К препаратам - индукторам МКБ из данной группы относятся аминопенициллины, хинолоны и цефтриаксон. Важнейшим фактором риска нефролитиаза на фоне приема антибактериальных ЛС является их применение в высоких дозах. Помимо препаратов, которые кристаллизуются в моче, важную роль в качестве индукторов МКБ играют ЛС, влияющие на различные метаболические процессы. К таковым относятся добавки кальция, витамина D и С и ингибиторы карбоангидразы. Роль упомянутых добавок в качестве индукторов МКБ может быть недооцененной в силу их повсеместного применения, в т.ч. без назначения врача. В педиатрической практике описаны также процессы камнеобразования на фоне применения фуросемида. Кроме того, необходимо отметить аллопуринол, механизм литогенеза на фоне приема которого является смешанным. Уникальность этого обзора в том, что данные о препаратах-индукторах объединены из различных источников и структурированы согласно единому плану.
