Аннотация
Цель работы: рассмотреть современные средства мониторинга гликемии с использованием мобильного приложения, позволяющего осуществлять более эффективное, в т.ч. и дистанционное, управление сахарным диабетом (СД).
Основные положения. Обеспечение контроля СД невозможно без проведения пациентом самоконтроля, что не теряет актуальности в современных условиях. Ежегодно обновляются рекомендации по ведению больных СД, разрабатываются более современные подходы к самоконтролю гликемии, внедряются инновационные глюкометры, представляющие собой системы с мобильным приложением.
