The levels of lipid peroxidation (malondialdehyde, diene conjugates) and serum antioxidant system (catalase, glutathione peroxidase) in different clinical forms of acne were determined. The evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the use of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in the complex therapy of acne vulgaris was performed.
