The article presents the modern views on the causes of diaper dermatitis and considers the current methods and approaches to its prevention and treatment. The medical means of various compositions and dosage forms currently used for the care and prevention of diaper dermatitis in infants are discussed. The data of research, observations and valid recommendations on the use of Pupsen spray emulsion for effective skin care and primary prevention of diaper irritations in infants are represented.
