Аннотация

Кашель остается едва ли не самым распространенным симптомом в клинике внутренних болезней. В статье представлены сведения об эпидемиологии, классификации кашля в соответствии с продолжительностью симптома, диагностике и лечении. Оценка кашля является сложной задачей не только для врачей первичного звена, но и для пульмонологов, аллергологов и отоларингологов. Описаны алгоритмы обследования пациентов. Организованный подход, который начинается с классификации, оказывается повсеместно востребованным и результативным при проведении комплекса диагностических исследований у кашляющего пациента
