Стало очевидным, что СОАС является распространенной формой патологии и с ним связаны актуальные медицинские и социальные проблемы Взаимосвязь нарушений дыхания во время сна и заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы достаточно сложна, но углубление ее понимания имеет неоценимое значение для лечения огромного числа больных, у которых сочетаются эти патологические состояния.
