CPAP-therapy is the main treatment of sleep-discorded breathing. This paper focuses on up-to-date data on the relationship between OSA and AH and reviews studies evaluating the effect of CPAP-therapy on blood pressure, the risk of cardiovascular complications and the quality of life of patients.</p>
Настоящий документ сфокусирован на современных данных о взаимосвязи СОАС и АГ и работах, оценивающих влияние СИПАП-терапии на артериальное давление, риск сердечно-сосудистых осложнений и качество жизни пациентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>obstructive sleep apnea syndrome</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>blood pressure</kwd><kwd>CPAP-therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синдром обструктивного апноэ сна</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертония</kwd><kwd>артериальное давление</kwd><kwd>СИПАП-терапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Peppard P.E, Young T, Barnet J.H et al.
