In the group of patients (n=14) who achieved clinical and laboratory remission after a course of hydroxychloroquine therary, sustained remission was observed in 8 (57.1%) patients. In cases of relapse, repeated administration of hydroxychloroquine promoted remission in 2 of 3 patients.
