In the overall sample, the mean age was 68.04±9.72 years.</p> <p><bold>Results. </bold>The PA significantly differed between the groups: the median PA increased from the non-sarcopenic to the sarcopenic group (p=0.0017), with pairwise differences between groups 1–3 (p=0.0007) and 2–3 (p=0.024), and a trend between 1–2 (p=0.059). Correlation analysis revealed associations between muscle status and nutritional and renal parameters: skeletal muscle mass correlated with albumin (p=0.61; p=0.015) and creatinine (p=0.29; p=0.004), PA - with glomerular filtration rate (GFR) (p=0.38; p=0.00016), and shoulder muscle area with GFR (p=0.43; p=0.0006) and C-reactive protein (p=-0.62; p=0.002), indicating a link between deteriorating kidney function and inflammation with muscle degradation and the severity of sarcopenia.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion. </bold>PA significantly differs in patients with CHF and CKD depending on sarcopenic status (p&lt; 0.001). PA can be considered as a promising indicator for early screening and risk stratification of sarcopenia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель: </bold>изучить взаимосвязь фазового угла (ФУ) с показателями саркопении у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) и хронической болезнью почек (ХБП).</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы. </bold>В исследование были включены 144 пациента с ХСН и ХБП, из которых у 46 (32%) признаков саркопении не выявлено (группа 1), у 62 (43%) диагностирована пресаркопения (группа 2), и у 36 (25%) – сформированная саркопения (группа 3). В общей выборке средний возраст составил 68,04±9,72 года.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>ФУ достоверно различался между группами: медиана ФУ увеличивалась от группы без саркопении к группе саркопении (p=0,0017), при попарных различиях между группами 1–3 (p=0,0007) и 2–3 (p=0,024) и тенденции между 1–2 (p=0,059). Корреляционный анализ показал связи мышечного статуса с нутритивными и почечными параметрами: скелетная мышечная масса коррелировала с альбумином (р=0,61; p=0,015) и креатинином (р=0,29; p=0,004), ФУ – со скоростью клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) (р=0,38; p=0,00016), а площадь мышцы плеча – со СКФ (р=0,43; p=0,0006) и С-реактивным белком (р=-0,62; p=0,002), что указывает на связь ухудшения функции почек и воспаления с деградацией мышечной ткани и выраженностью саркопении.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>ФУ достоверно различается у пациентов с ХСН и ХБП в зависимости от саркопенического статуса (p&lt; 0,001).
