The First Russian Congress with international participation, "Healthy Diet — a Path to National Health", which is a major event included in the plan of scientific and practical activities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the current year is to be held on 23–24 September, 2026.

Venue and format: MinvodyEXPO International Exhibition Complex, 31 Avtomobilnaya Str., Krasny Pakhar Village, Mineralovodsky City District, Stavropol Territory, in-person, free of charge.

The Congress is organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Stavropol Territory.

The event is managed by the National Medical Research Center for Rehabilitation and Balneology.

The goal of the Congress is to develop approaches to creating a unified ecosystem for healthy (including therapeutic) nutrition by establishing an effective interdisciplinary dialogue that brings together the expertise of fundamental and applied science, the executive and legislative branches, business and civil society, medical and non-medical institutions, best cross-sectoral production and technological practices, and tools for quality control of processes, resources, and technologies in the field of healthy nutrition.

Target audience:

• the professional medical and scientific community, representatives of the business sector (health resorts, hotels, food and equipment manufacturers), food service providers, and the general public interested in health issues.

The concept of the Congress is to comprehensively address issues related to healthy (including therapeutic) nutrition in the context of organizing health resort treatment for all age and gender groups in Russia, the prevention of chronic noncommunicable diseases, and the development of healthy lifestyle habits and active, healthy longevity.

The event will feature an exhibition showcasing the latest advancements in the food production and therapeutic nutrition industries, as well as equipment for high-quality packaging, preserving food properties, and delivering products to consumers. It will also include an exhibition of farm products from the regional market, mineral water producers, dietary supplements and other food additives, as well as an exhibition demonstrating the capabilities of domestic agricultural holdings, among other things.
