Currently a number of different method are using for registration motion at cervical part of spinal column. Some of them coming to the history, another is still using. We have selected for our investigation inertial sensors as convenient for routine clinical practice. The method of investigation of motion at cervical part of spinal column was suggested. 10 normal adult persons were investigated. The normal parameters of this group were calculated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Для объективного исследования движений в шейном отделе позвоночника используются различные методы. Одним из оптимальных, с точки зрения, применения в клинической практике являются системы с инерционными датчиками. В настоящее время нет методики объективной регистрации движений в шейном отделе позвоночника. Нами предложена такая методика. Проведено исследование 10 здоровых лиц для определения основных количественных и качественных параметров движения. Обнаружено, что все движения, которые внешне выглядят, как движения в одной плоскости имеют существенные амплитуды в других плоскостях, т.е. визуальная оценка страдает не точностью.
