0.05 and in the group with the use of sound gymnastics, an increase in blood saturation from 93.6 % to 95.03 %.</p> <p>CONCLUSION. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, we came to the conclusion that the early start of rehabilitation and mobilization of patients with a new coronavirus infection statistically significantly increases blood saturation, and also manifests itself in stabilization of the acid-base state of the blood, which leads to a decrease in the effects of decompensation and the effects of metabolic disorders on the patient’s body and, in turn, may affect the outcome diseases and the duration of the patient’s stay in the ICU.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>ВВЕДЕНИЕ. На основе анализа полученных данных, мы пришли к выводу, что раннее начало реабилитации и мобилизации пациентов с новой коронавирусной инфекцией статистически значимо увеличивает сатурацию крови, а также проявляется в стабилизации показателей кислотно-щелочного состояния крови, что приводит к уменьшению последствий декомпенсации и воздействию метаболических нарушений на организм пациента и в свою очередь, может повлиять на исход заболевания и продолжительность нахождения пациента в ОРИТ.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>the first stage of rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>a new coronavirus infection</kwd><kwd>acid-base blood condition</kwd><kwd>intensive care</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первый этап реабилитации</kwd><kwd>новая коронавирусная инфекция</kwd><kwd>кислотно-щелочное состояние крови</kwd><kwd>реанимация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Белкин А. А. и др.
