EFFEKTIVNOST' PRIMENENIYa NELEKARSTVENNYKh METODOV LEChENIYa BOL'NYKh NEVRASTENIEY

Asthenia syndrome is widespread in the world and in the practice of any physician. There were selected 96 patients-31,6% women and 68,4% men at age from 18 to 40. Their treatment with combination of psychotherapy with acupuncture or fitotherapy was under investigation. Checking group conducted treatment only with psychotherapy. The patients were divided by method of randomizations at three comparable groups, which differed between itself only scheme of the treatment. The set of tests Included Hamilton scale (HDRS - 21 points), scale of the general clinical impression (CGI) and others. All patients have completed the full course of 35 days treatment.
The investigation shows possibility of combined using of psychotherapy with acupuncture and fitotherapy. The combination of psychotherapy and fitotherapy is reasonable to use in case of asthenia symptoms combined both with anxiety, and with depressive symptoms. Using the combination of acupuncture and psychotherapy justified at presence of expressed vegetosomatic disturbances and clinically expressed anxiety component. Thereby, only complex methods of treatment, including psychotherapy in combination with fitotherapy or acupuncture, enable to obtain the efficient results.
