It is demonstrated that Diaskintest® and IGRA tests are based on the detection of a cellular immune response to ESAT-6/CFP-10 antigens, ensuring their high specificity. The sensitivity of IGRA is 0.81–0.90, and the specificity is 0.95–0.99. Diaskintest® demonstrates comparable diagnostic efficacy with high specificity in BCG-vaccinated populations. The methods share a common antigen base but differ in the mechanism of immune response detection and are complementary.</p>
Методы имеют общую антигенную основу, но различаются по механизму регистрации иммунного ответа и являются взаимодополняющими.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tuberculosis infection</kwd><kwd>Diaskintest</kwd><kwd>IGRA</kwd><kwd>latent tuberculosis infection</kwd><kwd>ESAT-6</kwd><kwd>CFP-10</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>туберкулезная инфекция</kwd><kwd>Диаскинтест</kwd><kwd>IGRA</kwd><kwd>латентная туберкулезная инфекция</kwd><kwd>ESAT-6</kwd><kwd>CFP-10</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Pai M., Denkinger C.M., Kik S.V., Rangaka M.X., Zwerling A., Oxlade O. et al.
