ЭНТЕКАВИР В ЛЕЧЕНИИ РЕАКТИВАЦИИ HBV-ИНФЕКЦИИ ПРИ ХИМИОТЕРАПИИ В-КЛЕТОЧНОЙ ЛИМФОМЫ

Аннотация

Явная или скрытая (латентная) HBV-инфекция является серьезной проблемой для больных с гематологическими опухолями при проведении химиотерапии. Скрининг HBV-инфекции в группе больных с гематологическими злокачественными заболеваниями и риском реактивации вирусной инфекции является обязательным для всех клиницистов, практикующих лечение злокачественных опухолей. Представлено клиническое наблюдение реактивации HBV-инфекции у больной с В-клеточной лимфомой и развитием печеночно-клеточной недостаточности, которое удалось купировать с помощью нуклеот(з)идных аналогов. Обсуждаются пути профилактики и лечения реактивации HBV-инфекции у больных с В-клеточными лимфомами, получающих химиотерапию.
