Применение телапревира в реальной клинической практике

Аннотация

Телапревир - первый препарат прямого противовирусного действия, зарегистрированный в Российской Федерации для лечения больных хроническим гепатитом С, инфицированных HCV генотипа 1. Исследования III фазы свидетельствуют о значительном повышении эффективности лечения при включении телапревира в схему терапии. Результаты его применения в реальной клинической практике у больных с выраженным фиброзом и компенсированным циррозом печени также показали высокую частоту достижения устойчивого вирусологического ответа, однако отмечена несколько более высокая частота нежелательных явлений среди больных циррозом печени. Представлен обзор данных литературы, касающихся оптимизации применения телапревира в составе тройной противовирусной терапии хронического гепатита С при инфицировании HCVгенотипа 1 в реальной клинической практике.
