Special attention was paid to the development of efficient methods of sample preparation, allowing to increase the throughput of pharmaceutical analysis, as well as to reduce labour costs, reduce the consumption of samples, reagents and waste generated. The analytical capabilities of microextraction methods in the analysis of pharmaceutical preparations and biomedical objects were demonstrated. It was shown that switchable hydrophilicity extractants and supramolecular solvents provide high extraction recoveries of antibacterial pharmaceutical substances from samples of complex composition. The paper also presents methods of automation of microextraction processes on the principles of flow methods.</p>
Также в работе представлены способы автоматизации процессов микроэкстракционного выделения на принципах проточных методов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>microextraction</kwd><kwd>pharmaceutical analysis</kwd><kwd>automation of chemical analysis</kwd><kwd>liquid chromatography</kwd><kwd>photometry</kwd><kwd>fluoroquinolones</kwd><kwd>tetracyclines</kwd><kwd>sulfonamides</kwd><kwd>diclofenac sodium</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>микроэкстракция</kwd><kwd>фармацевтический анализ</kwd><kwd>автоматизация химического анализа</kwd><kwd>высокоэффективная жидкостная хроматография</kwd><kwd>фотометрия</kwd><kwd>фторхинолоны</kwd><kwd>тетрациклины</kwd><kwd>сульфаниламиды</kwd><kwd>диклофенак натрия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено за счет гранта Российского научного фонда № 23-73-01266, https://rscf.ru/project/23-73-01266/.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Alshana U., Hassan M., Al-Nidawi M., Yilmaz E., Soylak M.
