Abstract
With the restructuring of the system of higher pedagogical education competency-based orientation to become a priority vectors such education as learning, self-determination, self-actualization, socialization and personality development, at the same time as the tools to achieve these goals are the fundamentally new educational constructs: the competence and expertise.
