Regarding short- and long-term results low postoperative pain score, few complications, satisfactory and good anatomical and functional outcomes in the most cases were noted. Laparoscopic and robot-assisted approach can be considered as a minimally invasive method, the “gold standard” in the treatment of apical and posterior prolapse, however, there is a risk of recurrence of cystocele in the presence of multiple defects pubocervical fascia.
