Abstract
The understanding of the «engineering approach» in medicine represented by molecular and cellular engineering, as well as the engineering of tissues and organs is given. The opportunities and risks in the implementation of this approach are described. To determine the limits of employment for new technologies the application of Technoethics is substantiated.
