Special features of standardization of new raw material - dandelion herb (Taraxacum officinale Wigg)

Abstract


By the use of microscopy, thin-layer chromatography and spectroscopy the quality indicators of dandelion herb (Taraxacum officinale Wigg.) were developed. Some distinctive anatomical and morphological signs of raw material were defined. Parameters of qualitative analysis were defined by using thin-layer chromatography and spectroscopy. The content of total amount of flavonoids in air-dry material should be at least 1.5%.
