Abstract

The article focuses on pathogenetic and clinic significance of intra-abdominal pressure and cardiovascular maladaptation in cases of preeclampsia. This research illustrates the methods of predicting and early diagnosing of preeclampsia showing IAP and cardiovascular maladaptation proved by Doppler studies of renal and hepatic veins during pregnancy. Moreover, the article reviews literary sources on this problem and gives the author’s analysis of renal and hepatic Doppler data as well as estimation of diagnostic markers of IAP leading to preeclampsia.
