Abstract

Rates of increase of the Russian market of remittances advance average world indicators. In increase in remittances the considerable role is played by migrants; their transfers make third of total amount. Considerable decrease in the commissions gives chance definitively to deduce from a shadow segment of economy the Russian market of remittances. Absence of the control from outside the states leads to shadow economy growth.
