Abstract
In given article attempt of studying of features of interaction of participants of a power industrial complex of republic of Tatarstan with the higher school, and as conditions of preparation of young experts in the conditions of education system transformation is resulted. As features of professional adaptation of the young expert according to the basic functional problems of the higher school at the present stage are considered.
