Abstract
Functional capacity of cardiovascular system is the most potent factor of body adaptation to exercise stress. The authors studied several short stress parameters of heart rhythm and arterial blood pressure, also as endothelial dependent flow-mediated vasodilatation in chronic heart insufficiency patients. This perspective controlled study revealed rate of heart rhythm recovery and endothelial function as the most usefull for functional reserve assessment.
