Abstract

Syndrome of a sore throat accompanies a large number of infectious diseases in children, playing a significant clinical and pathogenic role. In childhood, we see him in particular with scarlet fever, infectious mononucleosis, lacunar tonsillitis. The relevance of his study determined a high incidence of these infections. As the frequency of occurrence, they are giving way to a visa regime. Especially increased number of cases of infectious mononucleosis - in 2,5 times in 2009 compared with the data of 2007 - because of the wide circulation of the causative agent of this disease among the population. The percentage of conversion of acute Epshtey-Barr virus infection in chronic.
Better off percentage of severe forms and complications of streptococcal infection (up to 20% in 2009.).
