Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of process-oriented medical management which may be regarded as an innovation in health care. The method is based on the business process reengineering conception. Recommendations are given on how to integrate business process organization decisions into a corporate structure and a quality management system. The article also touches upon the conditions of improving the system of managing a clinic on the basis of business process design, which is a highly topical problem amid the global economic crisis.
