Estimation of phenotypical signs in women with connective tissue dismorphism

Abstract

In this paper the phenotypical women with the signs of connective tissue displaceability were intercommunicate. Anamnesis date were investigated between 500 women of reproductive age, somatic profile state and the signs of connective tissue displaceability were assessed according to S.N. Buyanova and coauthors' scale. Determination method was used to analyze the received data. The results of the research showed that asthenia, post gravidarum striae, greater brittleness of nails, frequent headaches, osteochondrous, eyesight disorders, flat foot, varicosity and vasoneurosis refer to the most common phenotypical signs. Correlation dependence of obstetrical gynecological pathologies are less important. But we should pay attention to this problem when we deal with prediction development of gynecological disorders.
