Efficiency estimation of basic preparations used in the treatment of children and teenagers with different types of juvenile idiopathic arthritis

Abstract

For specification of diagnosis JIA and definition of the importance of pathogenetic changes research of parameters cellular and гуморального immunity, the most informative is shown at the given pathology, namely: CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 +, CD8 +, CD16 +, CD95 + in whey of blood, and also a spectrum cytokines: TNF, IL6, IL1, IL4. The optimum choice of a basic preparation for treatment is carried out for concrete form JIA. At the polyarticulary form with a high degree of activity of inflammatory process the preference is given ciclosporin and methotrexate. At JIA activity variant oligoarthritis preparations of a choice are methotrexate, ciclosporine, auranofin, at nonactivity variant oligoarthritis - auranofin, sulfasalasin. However it is necessary to note, that any of basic preparations is not exclusive at an individual choice of treatment, and very much frequently it is necessary to select empirically during treatment this or that preparation.
