Abstract
The experience of treatment 256 children with acute purulent destructive pneumonia was analysed. All patients received complex treatment including sanation of purulent focus and rational antibacterial therapy. In addition physiotherapeutic treatment with collagenoses was carried out to the patients with fibrinothorax.
