Abstract
The article is devoted to some examination aspects of the persons who take psychic active
substances. In the Samara region during 2003-2007 years the quantity of drug intoxication
examination increased as four times, however the changes in the law in 2008 reduced (25%)
the quantity all the examinations and made it impossible to reveal more actively the drivers
being with an alcohol or drug intoxication.
