Abstract

In article results of research of antioxidation activity of chloralhydrati- о-(?-N,N- diethylaminoaetoxi)- ?-phenilpropiophenoni (etafonum) by comparison to novocainum, dicainum, trimecainum and pyromecainum with a method of registration chemiluminescence in the presence of bivalent iron are presented. It is established that ability of etafonum to oppress in blood?s apo - B lipoproteids lipid peroxidation is surpasses trimecainum in 16 times and concedes dicainum in 8 times.
