Abstract
The speech production study in mild depressed patients is an actual trend of clinical
psycho-pathology development in the aspects of diagnostic significance. This article
presents the study of the superficial speech structure organization among patients suffered
from neurotic depressions. The features of the superficial speech structure organization in
lexical level, grammar and syntax and their correlations with the clinical picture specifics
and psychological features are revealed. The research concluded that psycholinguistic study
demonstrated its important role in the improvement of neurotic depressions diagnostics
and the disease dynamics estimation.
