Abstract

The experience of management optimization in contemporary medical organization is
described in the article above taking an example of medical-prophylaxis service of one of the
biggest industrial facilities called AVTOVAZ JSC on the basis of the process management.
Process management is based on structural and functional modeling of both medical services
(including clinical-diagnostic processes, prevention, rehabilitation) as well as management
technologies (planning, control, finance flows management, information management, HR
management).
The complex of management technologies is based on decision making improvement
to be able to achieve the Major Objective - improvement of the health status of facility
manpower.
