Abstract
In this article the issue of the subjectivity of value judgments is considered in the philosophy of Science and in jurisprudence. The dependence on history, culture, value person is displayed. According the application of the Law and analyzing the situation the notion of inner conviction of a value person is considered from the view of evaluation criteria, the miscarriages of Justice and their reasons are considered.
