Abstract
In the article is an attempt to authentic interpretation of the ontological contents of N. Bohr's principle of complementarity. The concept of complementarity is a set of ideas, which allows comprehending the specific situation in quantum mechanics. Some of them can be allocated as separate principles, having epistemological and scientific methodological significance. The core of the concept is the prohibition on straight ontologisation of results of quantum-mechanical experiment, intended to control contradictions, arising in another case.
