Abstract
Article is devoted to category research «investment process». The author carried out the analysis to the available in economic and legal doctrine of approaches to concept definition «investment process». Existing problems of regulation of investment process at legislative level as in the absence of fixing of definition of the term at legislative level investment process joins the relations which are not by the nature the investment are considered. On the basis of the carried-out research by the author the concept «investment process» is formulated and his subjects are defined.
