We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 124 patients with symptomatic vitreomacular adhesion complicated by full macular hole, epimacular membranes, lamellar rupture and foveoschisis at the age of 51.4±2,4 years. The use of modern minimally invasive vitreoretinal surgery, including chromovitrectomy, allows us to obtain high anatomical and functional results in the treatment of patients with symptomatic vitreomacular adhesion and its complications in the early and remote period of observation. Intraoperative and postoperative complications, anatomical and functional results were analyzed. Modern microinvasive vitreoretinal technologies, including chromovitrectomy, are much easier and make the surgery of symptomatic vitreomacular adhesion and its complications safe, predictable and effective.symptomatic vitreomacular adhesionfull macular holeepimacular membranelamellar rupturefoveoschisischromovitrectomyсимптоматическая витреомакулярная адгезияполный макулярный разрывэпимакулярная мембраналамеллярный разрывфовеошизисхромовитрэктомия[Sebag J.
