In this regard, early detection of hearing impairment should be one of the main goals of otorhinolaryngologists, audiologists, outpatient physicians. In recent years specialists has paid much attention to the preventive medicine, telemedicine and medical care in the remote areas. Nowadays accessible environment for hearing examination and communication with specialists can be developed due to the technical capabilities. 75 articles related to the development and implementation of mobile audiometry have been collected from the international databases (PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science, Scopus) and reviewed.
