The article is dedicated to understanding the health of the person in Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy. Nietzsche develops the look at health and illness different from classical philosophical tradition, where health is the harmony opposition, tranquility and well-being. From Nietzsche's point of view, health is the dynamic process, fight for health, expecting enemy on behalf of disease. The disease is the necessity condition, the element of repulsion and overcoming, and formations of health. The body of the person is the place, where turns round the fight for health, it is interpreted by Nietzsche as a base of man's individuality, and, hereunder, is overcome known object approach to person, having place in medicine today. So it is possible to consider Nietzsche as the founder of critical relations to the positivism of medicine.

The global transformation is distinctive trend of contemporary time. The changing world determines the transition of culture to new ways of self-expression, communication and social integration. The article reviews the language as cultural reality and it explains of essence and significance of language in changing culture. The aim of this essay is examination of some phenomenological aspects of language in cultural communication and transformation.

The article reveals methodological originality of classification procedure in the field of the power analysis in the modern philosophical theory. Special attention is payed to gnosiological status of classification procedure in the process of power's analysis. Possible ways of points' of view systematization are also discussed.

within the framework of modern Russian state and law system juveniles can have and incarnate both property and private non-property rights. The analysis of law-enforcement practice shows that the problem of juveniles' property right defense is in fact burning issue in Russia nowadays. As practice presents, in the majority of cases children don't have access to the information and materials which in detail touch upon the questions of juveniles' legal position.

Usufruct in the Russian Law had some features which referred to the Roman usufruct in its nature. Usufruct in the Russian law of the XIX century was of two types: «lifetime possession of patrimonial estate granted to spouse by another according to testament», «lifetime possession by parents after their dead childless children».

The presented article contains material concerning correlation of such categories as «protection» and «assertion» with regard to the rights of shareholders and creditors during issue of securities. The definition of protection of shareholders and creditors rights during issue of securities and of assertion of their rights is given on the basis of analysis of specified categories. Problems connected with the use of mentioned categories are examined.

The undertaken research allows to conclude that at criminal case investigation, during interaction of the subject proofs with carriers of the context-dependent and contextually-independent information, the inspector comes to those, or other conclusions. Any substantiation of conclusions to which the inspector comes, occurs not on its arbitrariness, and is made by rules and laws of logic which do not depend on the subject, and have universal value and reflects real-life communications between things and the phenomena. Thus, both the maintenance and the form of any proof also are objective and subjective simultaneously.

In the article the controversial principle as the beginning of civil case consideration in essence in the court of first instance is examined. The controversial principle determines sides' possibilities and responsibilities in defending its legal position. The law provides for the following elements of court trial: evidence investigation, legal pleadings, termination of case examination in essence. All legal procedures are in the form of debates, sides' controversy. The order of legal procedure is regulated in the way that court solution of every judicial or financial legal question is possible on the basis of thorough discussion of the people taking part in the case. This principle gives the court a chance to form the full idea about case consequences and make the right decision. The controversial principle in the civil procedure is concluded in the right and responsibility of participants of the civil procedure with court assistant to provide evidence and to take part in its investigation.

This article examines the question of assigning responsibility gardeners, and summer residents for violation of the laws of the critical elements of the legal regime of the garden, summer garden plots. As in most scientific end of XX - beginning of XXI century, scientists have noted that the responsibility for violation of the requirements of the legislation as a common element of the legal regime of the land. Given that the Federal Law of April 15, 1998№ 66-FZ «On gardening, ogorodnicheskih and recreational non-profit associations of citizens» the question of responsibility of gardeners, summer residents devoted a separate article, the author believes is argued this point of view and the legal regime applicable to the dacha, garden,огородных land.

Merits and drawbacks of Durkheimian research programme in its applications to medical sociology are discussed. It is argued that the programme under consideration can serve as conceptual basis of medical sociology investigations only in conjunction with other two classical programmes - sociologies of Marx and Weber.

Poverty monitoring is the most significant component of the Poverty Reduction Strategy. This article describes the international experience in developing of a Poverty monitoring system and its use in one Russian region. According to the research results we argue that this system will develop more effectively within the frameworks of a coherent new national project whose focus priority should be on reducing of the effect of poverty in the country.

The nature of separatism problems on african continent is ruled by three factors: arbitrary frontiers determination by countries-metropolises, struggle between transnational corporations and developed states for natural resources and intertribal discord. In Africa the idea of self-determination of nations is dominating, it was expressed, first of all, in continent decolonization after World War II. Only later, in 1970s-1980s the african states leaders have taken to asserting the territorial integrity of the states. In practice of realization of self-determination right and territorial integrity defense pressure tactics of fight with separatists are prevailing. But this approach has led only to numerous victims and to deepening of contradictions between central authorities and separatists territories, that shows its uneffectiveness.

In this article the phenomenon of multiculturalism is considered as a theoretical problem that combines various concepts and searches of answers that are solved by all polycultural societies. Here the cases of forming and genesis of the problem of multiculturalism in the context of the development of an American thought and social and historic backgrounds of the appearance of the phenomenon of multiculturalism and its separation into the individual field of research in the American and Russian societies. In the works both of American and Russian researchers the various interpretations of multiculturalism are considered. There is the understanding of the questions of relationship and interactions of cultures in the epicenter of the theoretical approaches for the research of the phenomenon of multiculturalism.
