Abstract
Time, being one of the parameters of outlook, appreciably influences on innovative activity in different areas including medicine. The conception of time dominating in culture - chronotype, largely determines the quantity of innovations, the rate of their passing, the degree of acceptance and the form that is acceptable and adequate to the culture.
