Abstract
The article is a review of the clinical diagnostic and laboratory data obtained in different research laboratories. Criteria of diagnosis of various monoclonal gammopathy. Reflects current diagnostic laboratory methods. Particular attention is paid to the method of determination of free light chains of serum immunoglobulins by the "Freelight", which has a high sensitivity and specificity.
