Abstract
In a basis of the present research lays the determination of harmful factors influence on atmospheric air of Samara ciry on a state of pregnant women health. Frequency and structure of obstetrics and perinatal pathologies for development of the scientifically-proved criteria on its decrease have been studied. The careful selection of the basic and control groups spent by a principle a case-control, particularly identity on age, parity of pregnancy, labours, but differing only under the hygienic characteristic of residing district, has allowed to diagnose authentically a pathology of reproductive system of the women living in neighbouring regions of ecological trouble. Research will help to promote improvement not only reproductive health of women, but also a demographic situation of region as a whole.
