Abstract
In clause clinical features of a chronic virus hepatites B, C, В+С at children in replicative and integration phases are considered. Clinical symptoms and syndromes of current of illness. The estimation of clinicolaboratory and ultrasonic attributes was spent. It is noted, that patients with a chronic virus hepatites at children in a phase of integration have a reduction of expressiveness and frequency of occurrence of the basic clinical-biochemical syndromes. In integration a phase at all types chronic virus hepatites clinicobiochemical parameters in comparison with replicative a little improve, but full clinicolaboratory remission does not occur.
