Abstract

It is clear that the idea of vaginal infection, as a purely isolated processes that do not involve reproductive disorders and complications of pregnancy, is gone. The suppression of colonization resistance of vaginal microflora contributes to the rising infection endometrium and fallopian tubes and development of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, which can not affect the reproductive health of women planning pregnancy.
The problem of violations of the biocenosis of the vagina during pregnancy in obstetric practice is relevant, as changer in vaginal microflora lead to complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period, as well as the development of infections - inflammatory processes in the mother and fetus. We set out to examine violations of vaginal biocenosis in pregnant women and to analyze the outcome of pregnancy for both mother and fetus. We undertook a prospective study of 131 women. All women were examined according to accepted standards and in our developed algorithm in taking them on account of pregnancy.
