Abstract

In the article features and results of the surgical treatment idiopathic macular hole with application of modern microinvasive 23Gauge chromovitrectomy and endovitreal dye «Brilliant Blue G» are studied. Microinvasive 23Gauge chromovitrectomy with application of endovitreal dye «Brilliant Blue G» allows to achieve high anatomic and functional results in treatment of idiopathic macular hole in the early and remote period of supervision. Intraoperative and postoperative complications are studied with anatomic and functional results.
